Over the last 18 months my family & I have needed to use the practice more than usual. During this time I would like to comment on follows:-
Staff - Dr, nurses & reception staff, without exception, have been professional, caring, understanding and always able to prioritise care when necessary and appropriate. If urgent help was required. They have always tried to assist. This has given me great comfort whilst going through my recovery process. Many thanks.
Your receptionists was very pleasant and helpful.
Good: clear explanation of reason for my visit
Improve: language used: "WE have a plan" actually meant "I have persuaded you to accept, albeit not fully happily, MY plan that was made BEFORE you even arrived"
Insufficient questioning to find out why, just assumptions made with very limited understanding of me as a patient or my health issues. General Practice is great when one needs a simple anti biotic or referral. It totally lacks the ability to do what it is meant to do and provide on going care for chronic health problems. Understanding of mental health that is not easily quantifiable is non existent. Not surprising given the frighteningly short training period and prevailing positivist attitudes. A disappointing visit.
- Fantastic.
- Great care for all.
- Would recommend them to all mental car for me they are so supportive.
